Using a variety of equipment we do six sets of as many reps as your body and mind allows you to do, with a 10-15 second break in between each set. At the end of a song you’ll get a longer break of 30-40 seconds, then move to the next exercise. This class combine strength training and cardio.

We use chairs in this class and stand with the option to sit for the whole class. We add a little yoga in at the end of class on Wednesdays so come and get that workout in.
