    Take Pilates to the water! Fun class using boards on the water for an additional challenge! This class can also be done on a mat on deck. All levels welcome and modifications are offered. This class has limited space and must be registered for online or by calling the welcome desk 435-781-0982. A shower must be taken before entering the pool. A shower cap may be worn if you don't want to get your hair wet.

  • Woman weight lifting

    Using a variety of equipment we do six sets of as many reps as your body and mind allows you to do, with a 10-15 second break in between each set.  At the end of a song you’ll get a longer break of 30-40 seconds, then move to the next exercise.  This class combine strength training and cardio.

  • Woman kick boxing

    Combines the three key elements of fitness: strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility. This class is a combination of boxing/kicking, jump rope skills, calisthenics, floor drills, flexibility exercise, target striking and choreography drill.

  • Senior exercise class

    The Nations leading exercise program designed for older adults.  Using light weights, resistance bands and balls we will strengthen your body.  We use chairs in this class and stand with the option to sit for the whole class.  We add a little yoga in at the end of class on Wednesdays so come and get that workout in.  This class is suitable for beginners.
