If the Child is:

  • 6 months - 2 years old: Parent & Tot.

  •  3 - 4 years old: ANY PRE-LEVEL class. We divide classes based on skill level.

  •  5 years old & up: Follow these guidelines....

Level 1 - Best for kids who have little to no experience and are 5 years or older. Kids who are comfortable in the water but have not had lessons before.

Level 2 - Best for kids who have taken lessons before but still need help. Usually older kids (like 7-10).

Level 3 - This is only for students who have passed off Level 2 or are ready to learn to " lap swim " that is done in the deep pool, so child must be able to swim a good distance without help. * If you are unsure then go to level 2*

Level 4 - Students will be told if they are Level 4 by their lessons instructor.

Leave your gym shoes in the closet, and hit the pool for a walk in the water instead. Water provides 12 times the resistance of air, so as you walk, you’re really strengthening and building muscle, also try walking backward and sideways for all over body toning. For a low impact work out this is just the ticket.
