Reservation rates for groups of 75 or less are $30 for an all day rental (9 am - Dark).
Reservations are closed from Oct. 1 - April 1.

Ashley Valley Community Park
500 North 900 West - Vernal City
Located in the heart of Vernal, Ashley Valley Community Park is the city’s largest park and a favorite destination for visitors exploring Dinosaur Land. With expansive green space, family-friendly amenities, and plenty of room to relax or play, it’s the perfect stop for a picnic, a pickup game, or an afternoon outdoors.
The park features the Searle Pavilion and Colton Pavilion, both available for reservations and ideal for family gatherings and group events. Kids can enjoy two playgrounds, while sports enthusiasts will find four baseball diamonds, three slow-pitch softball fields, and sand volleyball courts.
Visitors will also find charcoal grills, open lawn space, and convenient restroom facilities, making it easy to spend the day enjoying Vernal’s beautiful outdoors.
Coming Soon: Pickleball courts, tennis courts, and cornhole play areas will add even more ways to play.
Whether you’re visiting for a tournament, a family picnic, or just taking a break while exploring Dinosaur Land, Ashley Valley Community Park offers something for everyone.

Located next to the Ballard City Offices, Ballard City Park is a small but cozy community park that offers a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It’s a great spot for families looking for a quiet break while exploring the area.
The park features a playground for kids, a walking path for a relaxing stroll, and a pavilion that makes a perfect setting for small gatherings, picnics, or community events. The park also includes a warming wall designed for serving food, making it especially convenient for hosting celebrations or group meals.
Restrooms are available on-site for visitor convenience.
Though modest in size, Ballard City Park provides a comfortable and welcoming outdoor space to spend time with family and friends.

Ballard Park

Lapoint Park is the perfect place for family reunions, picnics, or simply letting the kids burn off some energy outdoors. With open space and a variety of recreation options, it’s a great gathering spot for families and community events.
The park features two pavilions available for rent, complete with electricity, water, and picnic tables, making it an ideal location for celebrations and group gatherings. Visitors will also find restrooms on-site for convenience.
For recreation, Lapoint Park offers a 9-hole disc golf course, along with basketball, volleyball, and a baseball diamond. A scenic walking path circles the park, providing a relaxing place for a stroll while enjoying the surroundings.
Whether you’re hosting a reunion, enjoying a casual game, or taking a peaceful walk, Lapoint Park is a wonderful place to spend time outdoors.

Located next to the popular Naples Splash Park, Naples City Park is a great place for families and visitors exploring Dinosaur Land to relax and enjoy the outdoors. With plenty of green space and family-friendly amenities, it’s a perfect stop for a picnic, playtime, or a community game.
The park features two reservable pavilions, two playgrounds, and a unique music park where kids can create their own outdoor melodies. Sports enthusiasts will also find three softball diamonds and horseshoe pits, while fire pits and water access make it a comfortable spot to gather with family and friends.
Visitors will also find restrooms, a drinking fountain, and a dog-friendly water station, making it easy for both people and their pets to stay refreshed while enjoying the park.
Coming Soon: Pickleball courts, a softball concession and score tower, batting cages, disc golf and four new single-use restrooms.

The park features a playground for children, picnic tables, and a small pavilion, making it a comfortable place for family picnics, small gatherings, or simply enjoying time outside. Restrooms are available on-site for visitor convenience.
Right next to the park are four pickleball courts, making this location especially popular for pickleball enthusiasts. The park sits close enough to the courts that families can relax in the shade while keeping an eye on children playing at the playground, creating a perfect balance of recreation and family-friendly space.
Whether you’re playing pickleball, enjoying a picnic, or just looking for a peaceful patch of grass, Independence Park is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon.

Tucked just off the highway between the City of Naples and the Utah–Colorado border, Jensen Park is a welcoming community park that’s just the right size— not too big and not too small. It’s a great place to stop, stretch your legs, and enjoy a relaxing outdoor setting while visiting the Jensen area.
The park features a pavilion with electricity and water, making it a convenient location for gatherings, picnics, and community events. Visitors will also find a walking trail that circles the perimeter of the park, perfect for a casual stroll or enjoying the surrounding scenery.
Jensen Park is also the proud home of the Jensen Pumpkin Festival, a beloved local event that brings the community together each fall.

Love soccer? So does the community—and it shows at the KOA Soccer Fields. This facility features two full-size soccer fields and one smaller field, providing plenty of space for practices, games, and community play.
The fields are used by several local organizations and leagues throughout the season. To keep the fields in top playing condition, field use is reserved through the Recreation Center and scheduled for official game play only.
Restrooms are available on-site for visitor convenience.
Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines or taking the field, KOA Soccer Fields are a hub for soccer in the community.

Honor the servicemen of the USS Maine while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors at Remember the Maine Park. This peaceful park offers a blend of history, nature, and recreation, making it a special place to gather, explore, and reflect.
Visitors can enjoy two pavilions—including a brand-new reservable pavilion—along with secluded picnic sites, picnic tables, and a playground for families. The park also features numerous walking trails, a fire pit, a flag crag, volleyball, and horseshoe pits, offering plenty of ways to spend time outdoors.
ADA-accessible restrooms are available on-site, and the park provides access to water for visitor convenience.
Exciting improvements are underway, including Permanent cornhole areas

Please Note: The park is currently closed for construction while upgrades are completed, including a new fire pit and a new pavilion with ADA-accessible access to the restroom facilities.

Conveniently located next to the Tridell Chapel, Tridell Park is a welcoming outdoor space perfect for enjoying some sunshine and fresh air. With open green space and family-friendly amenities, it’s a great place to relax, gather, or spend time outdoors with friends and family.
The park features a playground for children, two pavilions, and plenty of open lawn space for picnics, games, or small gatherings.
Restrooms are available on-site, located in the new community room connected to the Tridell Fire Station. Please note that restroom access may have limited availability depending on building use.
Whether you're planning a picnic or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon outside, Tridell Park is a great place to stop and enjoy the outdoors.
