Where is Flex Contest

Contest begins: July 8, 2026

Entries will be accepted through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time).

Public voting will take place after the contest closes.

Winner will be announced on or about January 15, 2027
Participants under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Open to legal residents of the United States.

Employees of Uintah Special Service District 1 and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.
To enter:

Take Flex on your adventure (can be local, domestic, or international).

Take at least one original photo featuring Flex.

No AI images allowed

Light color correction and lighting adjustments allowed

Post the photo publicly on one of the following:

Facebook

Instagram

TikTok

Participants must follow the official social media account to be eligible.

Tag or post to the official Uintah Recreation social media account:

Facebook: Uintah Special Service District 1

Instagram: @uintah_recreation

TikTok: @ussd1utah

Include Hashtag: #FlexAdventure or #WhereInTheWorldIsFlex

Entries must remain publicly viewable through the end of the contest.

If a participant's account is private, they must submit the photo by direct message or email for it to be considered. They must include the social media account handle they posted the photo on
Photos must:

Clearly feature Flex.

Be original and taken by the participant.

Be appropriate for all audiences.

Not contain offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Not infringe on another person's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Comply with the rules of the social media platform used.

Entries that do not meet these requirements may be removed or disqualified.
Participants may submit multiple photos throughout the contest.

Each unique adventure/photo counts as one entry.

Duplicate or substantially similar photos may be disqualified.

Only one prize may be awarded per individual.
After the contest closes:

Eligible entries will be reviewed by Uintah Special Service District 1.

Finalists may be selected before public voting.

Public voting will determine the winning photo.

The District reserves the right to remove fraudulent votes or disqualify entries attempting to manipulate voting.
One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) round-trip airline tickets from Vernal to either:

Phoenix, Arizona, or

Denver, Colorado

Prize is generously provided by Contour Airlines.

Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged except at the sponsor's discretion.

Travel is subject to airline availability and restrictions.

Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically included in the prize, including lodging, meals, transportation, baggage fees, taxes (if applicable), and personal expenses.
The winner will be contacted using the social media account used to enter or by other contact information provided.

If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, declines the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected.
By entering the contest, participants grant Uintah Special Service District 1 permission to:

Share submitted photos on its website, social media channels, printed materials, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Use participant names (first name and last initial, unless additional permission is granted) in connection with the contest.

Participants retain ownership of their photos.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Uintah Special Service District 1, Contour Airlines, and their employees, officers, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
Uintah Special Service District 1 reserves the right to:

Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.

Disqualify entries that violate these rules.

Make final decisions regarding eligibility and interpretation of these rules.

All decisions are final.
Personal information collected for the contest will be used solely for administering the contest and contacting winners unless otherwise permitted by the participant.
